They are now looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level! The Role As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities - Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement. - Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging. - Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives. - Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations. - Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines. - A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value. Who Our Client is Looking For - Fluent Danish speaker, with strong proficiency in English. - 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, e-commerce or digital marketing. - Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms. - Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies. - Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs. - Strong project management skills and attention to detail. - Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
