We leverage data, cutting-edge tech, and deep understanding of gamer behavior to deliver personalized recommendations, exclusive rewards, and a vibrant community that celebrates the joy of mobile gaming. We're hiring our first CRM / LiveOps / Monetization person. This is a hands-on role - you'll own the entire function from day one, with no existing team or playbook to inherit. If you need someone to tell you what to do every morning, this isn't the right fit. You'll be responsible for CRM campaigns - push notifications, email, and in-app messaging across the full user lifecycle (onboarding, active players, churned users, win-back). LiveOps - designing and running promotional events, special missions, challenges, seasonal campaigns, and anything else you think will move engagement. Monetization promos - limited-time boosts, bundles, reactivation campaigns, and creative promos you come up with that we haven't thought of yet. Measurement - defining KPIs for every initiative, running A/B tests, and iterating based on data. Requirements 3–5 years in mobile gaming. in a CRM, LiveOps, or monetization role Hands-on CRM experience in Braze or similar platform. You've built flows, set up segments, configured events. Not managed someone who did. Creative operator. You can come up with a promo concept at 10am and have it live by 3pm. Strategy is great, but execution is what matters here. Analytical enough. You don't need to write SQL, but you should be comfortable reading dashboards, interpreting campaign data, and making decisions based on numbers. Self-directed. You'll report to the founder. There's no CRM lead to shadow. You need to build your own roadmap and prioritize your own work. Bonus points You've been the first CRM/LiveOps hire at a startup before. Hands-on experience with Braze. Familiarity with UA economics. Why VYBS You'll own an entire function at a company that's growing fast.
