We’re looking for a CRM Manager. We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to develop and oversee our email and SMS marketing programs, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Klaviyo and a proven track record of building high-performing automated email flows and CRM programs for ecommerce brands. This position offers the opportunity to work with renowned U.S. and UK brands and put lots of data to work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience running campaigns for multiple brands
• Experience in the fashion/apparel industry
• Knowledge of additional ESPs beyond Klaviyo
• Familiarity with loyalty program management
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
