In this role, you will oversee our CRM operations, manage lead flow, enhance data quality, and develop reporting systems that empower our sales teams to deliver exceptional results and client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of Bitrix24 CRM. Configure pipelines, workflows, automations, custom fields, and user permissions. Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide user support and training. Identify opportunities to improve CRM efficiency and sales processes. Oversee the capture, allocation, and tracking of inbound leads across all channels. Monitor lead distribution and ensure timely assignment to sales agents. Maintain a clean, organized, and segmented client database. Monitor agent follow-up activities and report compliance gaps to management. Support the implementation of lead nurturing and client engagement strategies. Coordinate and execute WhatsApp and CRM-based marketing campaigns. Build and manage targeted contact lists for project launches, events, and promotions. Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and response rates. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and pipeline reports. Monitor key performance indicators including lead conversion, agent activity, and sales performance. Maintain live dashboards and provide insights to support business decisions. Identify pipeline bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Minimum 2 years of CRM within Dubai real estate. Advanced knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and database management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to support teams.
