REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in CRM.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM.
  • Basic knowledge in SQL and HTML.
  • Proficiency with CRM Marketing Automation software (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Brevo or comparable platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • First experience within a digital company is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and confident working across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced situations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our Group CRM Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, brand, design, sales, operations, and service teams to shape and deliver impactful CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement customer journey and lifecycle strategies to achieve business objectives for key customer segments.
  • Understand different customer journeys and design tailored communication strategies to match.
  • Take ownership of customer communications to increase engagement with our app.
  • Create targeted campaigns based on user personas, behavior, in-app activities, and interests to activate and retain customers.
  • Ensure activation strategies align with business goals and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests, using results to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of CRM strategies, applying insights to improve performance.
  • Ensure all customer communications are consistent and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to coordinate CRM initiatives.
  • Track market trends and identify new opportunities for customer engagement, presenting ideas to the management team.
