Become our new CRM Manager and join the Miele Western Europe marketing team (encompassing Belgium, France, Luxemburg and the Netherlands). Responsibilities

As CRM Manager you will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and retention by building strong, personalized relationships through data-driven CRM and Loyalty strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth (both D2C and B2B2C) through performance marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your efforts will be pivotal in optimizing both customer loyalty and acquisition initiatives, ultimately contributing to the company’s sustainable business success.

  • Creating, planning, executing and sending email and app campaigns, including ad-hoc mailings and automated campaigns.
  • Briefing and aligning content with internal stakeholders such as Brand Activation manger, Media & Campaign Manager, D2C Sales and Category Management team.
  • Define personalized and automated customer journeys using our marketing automation tool to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance (open rates, clicks, conversions,..) to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI’s related to customer relationships (retention rates, NPS, CLV) to identify growth opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to marketing and sales teams.
  • Work closely with the global CRM team to troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM and data.
