Description
As CRM Manager at Capitanos Games Ltd., you are responsible for driving player engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our brands. This is a hands on operational role where you build, execute, analyze and continuously optimize CRM activities across lifecycle, segmentation and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, BI and VIP to ensure that our communication strategy is aligned with player behavior, local market insights and commercial targets. These are your responsibilities: Plan, execute and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push and on site messaging. Develop segmentation strategies based on player value, behavior and lifecycle stage. Own promotional calendar in collaboration with Commercial and Product. A/B test campaigns and continuously improve performance. Monitor KPIs such as retention, reactivation, LTV and campaign ROI. Work closely with BI to leverage data for smarter automation. Ensure compliance with local regulations and responsible gaming principles. This is what we expect from you: You take ownership and move fast. You combine creativity with analytical thinking.
