Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on CRM expert who thrives on building smart, automated journeys that increase user retention, reactivate inactive users, and drive conversions to ROMEO PLUS
As CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of our lifecycle marketing, from planning and segmentation to copy and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with the communications team to align campaigns with product launches, commercial offers, and user retention & acquisition goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Reporting to the head of communication and marketing, you will co-build and and own the CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle campaigns to boost user engagement
  • Reactivate inactive or lost users with targeted re-engagement flows
  • Increase free-to-paid (PLUS) conversion rates
  • Create upsell opportunities that feel natural and relevant
  • Analyse performance and make data-driven improvements
  • Define CRM KPIs and own monthly reporting
  • Bring technical expertise and best practices to help establish CRM as a core function, including tool setup, system structure, and integration with other platforms at ROMEO, such as Zendesk and internal admin tools
  • Understand user acquisition funnels and how CRM strategies can support long-term growth and retention
