Job Title: CRM Manager - Salesforce
Job Summary:
PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and PrismHR Experience Required
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient CRM Manager to oversee the administration of Salesforce. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a blend of system administration expertise, project management skills, and data organization design.

Supervisory Responsibilities and Leadership Qualifications:

  • This role will have management responsibilities for internal employees within the department.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop and lead A players that will achieve the department’s goals and progress towards key organizational goals and objectives.
  • Have a passion for coaching and developing people.
  • Be comfortable having direct, honest conversations with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience developing team and individual KPIs, as well as quarterly goals and objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, workflows, dashboards, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to support evolving business requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement new features, integrations, and third-party tools.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Define project scopes, develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High level of understanding regarding Salesforce including the implementation of the software and roll-out to the broader organization.
  • Basic knowledge of project management frameworks specific to IT projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a professional employer organization (PEO).
  • At least five years of professional experience in Salesforce.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
