Overview:

Seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead end-to-end customer relationship campaigns, lifecycle mapping, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cross-channel customer engagement and loyalty journeys.
• Manage campaign roadmaps, tracking performance against acquisition and retention KPIs.
• Supervise CRM specialists, ensuring quality assurance and schedule adherence across all sends.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce personalized, high-converting content.

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing operations.
• Deep proficiency with CRM platforms, automation tools, and segmentation logic.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis, churn prevention, and A/B testing.
