As a trusted online pharmacy for pet care, we strive to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers through personalized and data-driven marketing. To strengthen our digital engagement, we are looking for a CRM Marketeer to optimize our customer journey and loyalty strategies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer retention, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or pet care industries.

SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a CRM Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns that improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. You will manage email, SMS, and automation strategies to create personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat purchases.
