WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage and optimize CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and campaign execution.
• Build multi-channel customer journeys and refine workflows using AI and behavioral data.
• Maintain data integrity, integrations, and clean connections across platforms and teams.
• Create and deploy customer emails, SMS, and dashboards to track campaign performance.
• Analyze data to link leads, sales, and product outcomes — identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and aligned deliverables.
