We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing customer data, creating trigger communications, and executing special email campaigns.
The candidate must be highly analytical, able to identify customer segments, and be comfortable working with various communication channels, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing.
  • Proven experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and segmentation.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Customer.io.
  • Familiarity with Customer.io features and functions for segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
  • Experience setting up and managing automated workflows within CRMs.
  • Ability to integrate these tools with other marketing technologies to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.

  • Develop reports on the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
