Description
As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Ford Australia CRM touchpoints, dedicated to crafting and delivering an exceptional, seamless customer journey from initial prospect engagement through to our most loyal owners. This role is central to enhancing customer relationships and driving loyalty. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for CRM, Connectivity & Privacy, this role will be based at our Richmond National Sales Company office on a hybrid schedule (four days in-office).
