Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of the CRM campaigns, including bonus configuration, segmentation of target audiences, and implementation of customer lifecycle communications. Cooperate with internal teams, including CRM, content, and copywriters, to ensure consistency. Propose improvements to the CRM campaigns to increase their effectiveness across all channels. Test new bonuses, lifecycles ,mission and tournaments to confirm that their configuration is up to standard. Requirements: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and critical thinking skills. Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
