Job Description

: As a CRM Project Manager (m/f/d) - Salesforce, you will support our CRM clients, such as Schöffel, Schufa, and Zeiss Vision, in the successful planning, management, and implementation of CRM projects. In this role, you'll work at the interface between the client, specialist department, consulting, development, and other project stakeholders, ensuring that projects are implemented in a structured, transparent, and goal-oriented manner. Depending on the client context, the technological focus will be on Salesforce.

Here's what you can expect:

• You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of CRM projects with a focus on Salesforce. 
• You structure requirements together with customers and internal teams and help to transform them into clear work packages and actionable solutions.
• You plan and moderate workshops, voting sessions and project meetings, and ensure transparent documentation of results, decisions and next steps.
• You keep track of project progress, schedules, resources, dependencies and risks, and ensure reliable project management.
• You coordinate the collaboration between professional and technical stakeholders and ensure clear, audience-appropriate communication throughout all project phases.
• You manage backlogs, tickets, project plans and documentation, and help keep priorities and project goals in focus.
• You will accompany tests, quality assurance measures, rollouts and acceptance procedures to ensure a stable and customer-oriented implementation.
• You will contribute to the further development of project procedures, templates, standards and best practices in the CRM environment.

Your qualifications 

• Initial practical experience in managing and coordinating CRM, digital, or software projects (experience in projects with Salesforce is an advantage)
• A good understanding of business processes in marketing, sales and service, as well as the structured implementation of digital customer solutions.
• Initial experience in coordinating with clients and in managing interdisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into concrete implementation packages together with technical and professional stakeholders.
• Confident handling of common project methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Scrum or similar working methods.
• Structured, independent and reliable work ethic as well as strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a good understanding of different stakeholders and project situations.
• Willingness to travel within Germany, as well as very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
