Location: This position is based in our Copenhagen office, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Please note that relocation support is not provided.

As a CRM Proposition & Campaign Specialist, you’ll assist the Senior Manager in crafting and implementing innovative CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and drive growth.

  • Plan and optimise CRM push campaigns across channels, identifying personalisation opportunities to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with Membership & Personalisation, LEGO Retail and partners to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify trends and improve CRM strategies.
  • Work with performance and data teams to create and present campaign performance reports and insights.
  • Develop personalisation strategies for targeted LEGO campaigns to increase relevance and impact.
  • Partner with the LEGO CRM Hub to co-create compelling content and campaigns that drive shopper demand and commercial success
