Job Summary: The CRM & Reporting Analyst at Kaizen Asset Management Services is responsible for managing and analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data and generating reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with various teams to optimize CRM processes, analyze client interactions, and enhance client engagement through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client records. Analyze CRM data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing client relationships. Generate and present detailed reports on client engagement, sales activities, and overall CRM performance metrics. Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM campaigns and track performance. Develop and implement automated reporting tools and dashboards for real-time access to CRM data. Train and support team members in effectively utilizing the CRM system and reporting tools. Identify and implement best practices for data entry, management, and reporting processes to improve efficiency. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and enhance CRM system functionalities as needed. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding client information. Support strategic initiatives by providing insights derived from CRM analyses to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM management, data analysis, or reporting. Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in client data management. Prior experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus.
