For our Commercial Excellence department within the Digital Organisation in Arlesheim we are looking from October 1st or by agreement for a CRM & Retention Manager (m/f/d) 100% The role This role will help us build B2B CRM from the ground up while supporting the optimization of our B2C marketing operations. As part of our central CRM team, you will hold global ownership for CRM strategy and operations, working closely with our country teams to drive consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all markets. Working closely with our Senior CRM Manager , you will take ownership of the B2B CRM channel and contribute to the continuous improvement of B2C campaigns and customer journeys. Build and operate the B2B CRM channel in Salesforce from the ground up — including data model, segmentation, campaign structures, and integration of the Weleda Fachportal (specialist portal for doctors, midwives, and pharmacists) Take operational ownership for B2C CRM execution: conception, implementation, and analysis of automated email and newsletter campaigns, segmentation, and customer journey optimization Drive systematic newsletter optimization globally — A/B testing, frequency optimization, and continuous improvement based on performance data Develop B2B campaign types centrally — local execution by country teams, central conception and optimization in Marketing Cloud Ensure data quality and reporting: customer data hygiene, KPI tracking (Conversion Rate, Customer Lifetime Value, campaign performance), and actionable insights for stakeholders Define and govern global standards for B2B CRM processes (account management, data maintenance, campaign approvals) to ensure consistency across all markets Ensure compliance with pharma-regulatory and data protection requirements (HWG, GDPR) in B2B communication to medical professionals Collaborate closely with our Central Tech Team to drive further developments as well as international country teams to support local CRM adoption Your profile B2B CRM experience — ideally with some hands-on experience building B2B CRM activities from scratch Experience working with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and/or Sales Cloud) — practical, not just theoretical Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing logics — including the differences in customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign approaches Outgoing, communicative personality — you actively engage with international stakeholders, build relationships, and drive alignment across markets Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple markets — comfortable navigating different cultural contexts and business priorities Analytical mindset — ability to translate data into concrete recommendations for action Experience in digital marketing operations: email marketing, campaign management, segmentation, A/B testing Pragmatic, structured, and self-driven working style — able to take ownership in a build-up phase Fluent in English and German Familiarity with pharma or healthcare communication requirements is a plus We offer: Approachable leadership principles Sustainability & value orientation Flexible working hours Remote working options Transparent & open communication International collaboration Working in a purpose-driven company Mobility allowance Combining work & family life Innovative & exciting projects Everyone is welcome at Weleda — as an inclusive workplace, our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic whole selves to work and thrive with their personality at Weleda.
