Primary Function 他者から指示・指導を受けながら、医師、病院、医学研究所、代理店等を訪問し、売上目標を達成する。医療情報の収集に努め、医師、看護師等、医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、医療情報の提供を行う。既存の手順を活用して標準的な課題を解決する。調整を要する案件について、社内外の関係者と協力しながら対応する。 Major Responsibilities General: - 売上プランの達成に責任を持つ。 - 新規顧客、既存顧客、KOLや業界リーダーとの関係を構築し、維持する。 - 担当製品のテクノロジーや競合他社の状況理解に努める。 - 実行可能なビジネスプランを作成し、着実に実行する。 - 医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、当社製品の適正使用に関する情報やトレーニングの提供を行う。顧客からの苦情や製品クレームに対して、誠意をもって迅速かつ的確な対応を行う。 - 営業部門や営業管理部門の社員と協同しながら仕事を進める。 - 担当エリアの医師、技師、購買関係者等の施設関係者と良好な関係を保つ。 - 代理店とパートナーシップを構築し、医療機関内にて効果的な販売活動を行う。 - 会社が指定する行動規範、公正競争規約、品質方針、環境マネジメントシステム、その他薬事法令上の規則など、全ての会社方針を遵守する。 - その他、特命事項等を実行する。 Minimum Requirements Education: - 大学卒業あるいは同等の一般教養、社会常識を得ることができる社会人経験を有する。 Background: - 2-3年のセールスレップとしての経験を持つ。 Preferred Requirement - MBA取得は尚可 - 医療業界の営業経験尚可
