As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring Salesforce Activities and provide support to the Commercial Team within PPG’s Traffic Solutions business, serving as the contact point for the Commercial Team. In this role, you will craft and maintain reports with identified metrics and business acceptance within Salesforce. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, or Business Analytics with 5+ years of proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, and/or Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, with major focus on Excel as well as in statistics, with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
  • Proven ability to engage and align with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
  • Create reports that will look at Opportunities, Customer Engagement, compare information from Salesforce to our demand information.
  • Compare Opportunities that are close won to the demand.
  • Provide training to SF.com users (current and new).
  • Interact with sales, marketing, product management, finance, and other functional groups to understand opportunities.
  • Work closely with Demand Specialist to ensure that the demand is accurate and aligned in both SAP/IBP and Salesforce.
  • Troubleshooting & Root Cause Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues through analytical problem-solving, implement corrective actions, and design long-term preventive solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions.
