Asia America Capital is a leading immigration and law services firm. In addition, we’ve launched a new CRM solutions practice in strategic collaboration with CloudCC CRM. We now provide CRM consulting, implementation, customization, and ongoing support to help businesses digitize sales, marketing, and service workflows.
Position: CRM Solutions Sales Specialist (CloudCC Partnership)
Full-time role focused on selling our CloudCC-powered CRM solutions. You’ll generate demand, qualify prospects, run discovery and demos (with our solutions engineer), scope proposals/SOWs, and close subscription + implementation deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and social channels; handle inbound leads for the CRM line.
  • Lead discovery to map client processes (leads → opportunities → contracts → service), pain points, and ROI.
  • Coordinate/host product demos and proof-of-concepts with the CloudCC team; tailor use cases by industry.
  • Negotiate and close; hand off to delivery smoothly and track adoption/expansion.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity in our CRM; report weekly to management.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: English & Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • 1+ year in SaaS/CRM/enterprise software or solutions sales (B2B preferred); strong consultative selling skills.
  • Understanding of CRM concepts (lead management, pipeline, workflow automation, dashboards).
  • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho, basic API/integration literacy, and running online demos.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable meeting monthly targets.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: from 2% on closed CRM subscription & services revenue, uncapped
  • OTE: $90k – $125k+/year

Work Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
