Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for customer experience and iconic brands? Join the Accent Brands team — home to iconic brands like VANS, HOKA, Timberland, UGG, Merrell, Saucony, and more.
We’re on the lookout for a CRM Specialist to own and execute high-impact lifecycle campaigns across multiple brands. In this hands-on role, you’ll craft customer journeys, build omni-channel campaigns, and turn insights into action — all while helping shape a world-class retail experience.
You don’t just look at numbers — you translate them. You can turn performance data, segmentation insights, and customer behaviours into actionable strategies that drive engagement and revenue. You know what metrics matter and how to optimise based on them.
You’re comfortable using platforms like Emarsys, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Insider, or similar tools to build, automate, and optimise campaigns. You also know how to brief creative teams, segment audiences, and test content variations with ease.
You champion the customer in every decision. You understand the value of a positive experience and are constantly looking for ways to enhance it — whether through journey improvements, personalised content, or feedback loops.
