Description
The CRM Specialist is responsible for providing data collection and analysis, rendering administrative work, and assisting in the implementation of marketing and sales activities. As the first point of contact for our Marketing and Sales Team, he/she works closely with the team and directly reports to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Proactively records data from leads generated, wins and losses Manages, maintains, and tracks the marketing and sales databases, does list building and data entry, and ensures that data is clean and up-to-date Assists in aligning marketing and sales data with CRM data Provides basic data analysis from data gathered Prepares marketing and sales reports based from data gathered Performs research tasks based on specifications and organizes research output for presentation Assists in defining and continuously improving data recording process, procedures, guidelines, trackers and tools Assists in the preparation of marketing collaterals when appropriate Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales teams Assists in coordinating activities among marketing and sales managers and representatives across the globe Performs other sales and marketing-related tasks based on specifications Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field Flexible and can work under pressure Can multi-task Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs Strong analytical abilities Persistent and resourceful Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence Can work with minimum supervision Can render overtime whenever needed
