As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall customer relationship management within Brandfield. You will oversee the campaign strategy for buyers, and manage the creation, optimization, and performance of all ad-hoc CRM campaigns. You understand exactly what we need to communicate, when, and to whom, and you translate this into compelling, relevant, and conversion-boosting messages. You will also analyze internal processes and market opportunities to implement the best campaigns. Your strategies and campaigns will lead to retention, repeat buyers, and reactivating dormant customers.
