Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH US:

You’ll be at the heart of shaping how we connect with our customers. You’ll have the chance to flex both your creativity and strategy skills - designing campaigns that engage, retain, and delight players across global markets. The direct impact of your work will enhance stronger customer relationships, reduced churn and increased lifetime value, all while helping to drive the growth of a fast-moving, dynamic business.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist in developing company CRM strategy for our global markets.
  • Execute with excellence on communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Contribute to our CRM flywheel strategy by identifying the most effective formats and communication channels to ensure optimal campaign delivery.
  • Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to identify which offers to promote.
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base.
  • Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS/Webpage Pop Up campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
  • Stay informed of CRM best practices, trends, and tools
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
  • Take control of the user journey, implementing strategy around all customer communication.
  • Report back to the company with high-end KPIs and results attributed to the work of the CRM team.
