We are looking for a skilled and proactive CRM Specialist to join our team. This role bridges business requirements and technical CRM solutions, ensuring our CRM platform is optimized to support our sales, marketing, and customer operations. A key part of this role is providing responsive and effective user support, helping teams navigate the CRM confidently and ensuring consistent adoption across the organization. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple teams to deliver high-impact CRM enhancements.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Nordic Sales Excellence team, which is part of our Nordic Sales organisation, you have a crucial role in Enento’s CRM success and have a broad range of responsibilities.

In terms of strategic responsibilities, you

  • together with your internal stakeholders, design, implement, and support our Nordic CRM strategy
  • evaluate current roadmap, suggest, and help build business cases on how we can make Salesforce support our growth
  • safeguard that our investment in the platform is maximized

You will have a key role in collaboration, admin and development because you

  • gather requirements and suggest solutions
  • spot ways to improve the usage of Salesforce through automation
  • define and deliver Nordic processes and ensure implementation
  • establish workflows and standards that are critical in creating successful and repeatable processes
  • are active in development (testing, small configurations) and training of users
