Responsibilities

As Indie Campers’ CRM & Referral Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CRM and Referral strategies to increase customer conversion, retention, loyalty, and ultimately Revenue. You will also be responsible for managing customer data, analysing customer behaviour and engagement, and optimizing customer communications across multiple channels towards maximising CRM & Referral impact in the business.
You will be joining our Growth team in our HQ reporting directly to the CMO, and working very closely with Product, Tech and the rest of the Growth Team.
