We’re seeking a CRM Specialist (Klaviyo) to own email automation, campaign execution, and data optimization for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. You’ll transform customer data into personalized communication that drives retention and revenue. Core Outcomes Design and manage automated email flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, cart abandon, win-back). Execute weekly campaigns with pixel-perfect QA and on-time launches. Segment and maintain subscriber lists to maximize deliverability and engagement. Analyze performance data to optimize content, timing, and audience strategy. Partner with design and marketing teams to align creative and conversion goals. 3+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing within e-commerce. Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email automation and segmentation). Proficiency in Shopify CRM integrations and GA4 performance tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Authorized to work as a remote contractor and available during Pacific Time hours.
