How Do You Fit In?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Coordinator to join our Growth team. As a CRM Coordinator for Savage X Fenty EU, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing-driven CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role is deeply focused on managing the CRM marketing calendar, creating compelling content for lifecycle campaigns, and leveraging customer segmentation to deliver highly targeted messaging across email, SMS, and other channels. Our business combines a direct-to-consumer, digitally native business model with a membership model to deliver the best customer experience. The right candidate will understand the membership model, be obsessed with CRM strategy, creating compelling content, segmentation and customer journeys. This role will partner closely with cross functional partners, including acquisition, creative, and marketing teams to drive traffic and support the brand narrative through data mining, test and learn strategies, and customer segmentation.
This opportunity is for someone creative, analytical and detail-oriented team player who finds excitement in applying CRM best practices, developing integrated strategies, and creating compelling customer branding experiences.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop engaging content for CRM channels, primarily email, aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Create and manage CRM content calendars to ensure timely and strategic campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brief and review email assets, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with promotional messaging.
  • Assist in the setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns using the CRM platform.
  • Coordinate the flow of campaign assets, from creative ticket entry to final execution.
  • Support the execution of key customer lifecycle campaigns such as welcome, loyalty, reactivation, and win-back flows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and customer service to ensure CRM content supports broader business goals.
  • Align email and CRM content strategies with seasonal marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Monitor and report on content performance across email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in A/B testing of content elements such as subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in CRM and customer engagement. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance our CRM capabilities.

What You Can Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics. Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative; must be able to work independently.
