Location: Remote (Eastern Europe, Caucasus & Surrounding Region) Industry: Marketing & iGaming Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Spcialist to join our team at Sigma Marketing LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across our iGaming platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer interactions and drive revenue growth through well-defined CRM initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage customer segmentation and targeting for campaigns to enhance personalization efforts. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to create and implement effective customer communication plans. Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective use of functionalities. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role in the marketing or iGaming industry. Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis tools, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer insights. Experience in developing customer segmentation strategies and executing targeted campaigns. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
