That’s everything from product development to local country operations to developing engaging marketing campaigns for each of our 28+ markets. Now we are searching for a CRM Specialist to join the Global Marketing Automation team where your primary goal will be to increase engagement across lifecycle stages for Wolt+.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to execute and refine the Global Wolt+ lifecycle strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement global seasonal CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of campaign execution, collaborating with key stakeholders on planning, content creation, creative development, localization, and performance analysis.
  • Continuously optimize CRM campaigns using data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Design and run A/B tests to gather actionable insights, driving the development of future campaigns that maximize customer impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, providing clear campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local markets, providing strategic guidance and support on CRM initiatives to drive regional success.
