Position Details This position involves leveraging Rakuten’s vast assets to drive the growth of the fashion e-commerce business through CRM strategies. Backed by the Rakuten Group’s vast data and member base, you will independently handle everything from strategy formulation to initiative execution and KPI monitoring, leading the entire process—from planning to execution to improvement—aimed at maximizing customer LTV. This is the ideal position for those who wish to practice “marketing with a management perspective” within a business company. Specific Responsibilities - CRM Strategy Development and Execution: We design optimal approaches for each customer segment by leveraging RFM analysis, demographic data, purchase history, and other information. - Campaign Planning and Effectiveness Evaluation: We plan and execute CRM strategies for large-scale events such as the Rakuten Super Sale, Shopping Marathon, and Fashion Sale, and continuously improve them through KPI analysis and reporting. - Continuous improvement of initiatives using MA and CRM tools: Based on performance metrics, we optimize initiatives through scenario design, definition of integrated data, and effectiveness verification. - Increasing app usage frequency: We plan and execute strategies to promote app usage and enhance customer engagement. - Planning other initiatives to improve the customer experience: We explore new initiatives that lead to the growth of existing customers and increased sales, and oversee their implementation.
