DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare/pharma regulatory landscape.
  • Background in commercial operations or sales enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Science, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Community of Practice (CoP): Drive collaboration and best practices within the SFE and digital marketing communities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Influence Change: Champion the adoption of new applications and processes, ensuring alignment with business unit priorities and global strategies.
  • Enhance User Adoption: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for user onboarding, training, and engagement, ensuring effective utilisation of the CRM system.
  • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness: Unpack SFE principles to identify efficiencies and innovative ways of working, leveraging segmentation and sales team dynamics, including inside and digital sales.
  • Mentor Sales Operations Managers: Provide guidance and support to Sales Operations Managers within business units, empowering them to drive CRM initiatives and achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Manage Enhancement Requests: Oversee enhancement requests, triage support issues, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features in MAXX and MAXXFLEX.
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear, regular communications regarding CRM performance, updates, and success stories to stakeholders at all levels.
