Description Job purpose The HubSpot Technical Support Associate is responsible for the administration, optimization, and documentation of IMMY’s HubSpot environment and related web systems. This role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and performance of CRM data, marketing website components, automations, and integrated systems to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT. Key duties and responsibilities HubSpot System Architecture & Maintenance Design, implement, and maintain HubSpot data models, pipelines, custom properties, and automations. Troubleshoot, optimize, and update workflows, permission sets, and HubSpot reporting resources. Establish and maintain data validation rules and audit routines to ensure data quality for downstream systems. Website Support & Documentation Collaborate with a third-party consulting company to understand and fully document how the primary marketing website is built end-to-end. Support ongoing updates, content changes, and enhancements to the marketing website. Monitor and maintain website health, including page speed performance, broken links, and SEO best practices. Sales & Marketing Operations Support Provide end-to-end support for Sales and Marketing initiatives including campaign creation, lead lifecycle management, reporting, and attribution. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to align system design with business needs. Integrations & Technical Support Support and maintain integrations and API connections between HubSpot and other systems (ERP, finance systems, internal applications). Identify and resolve integration issues, sync errors, and data inconsistencies. Documentation, Training & Change Management Develop and maintain clear documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and system processes. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams to ensure long-term internal ownership and adoption. Drive user adoption by conducting training, providing proactive communication, and sharing updates regarding system improvements. Qualifications Required: Experience working in HubSpot CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms. Familiarity with integrations and APIs. Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Technical curiosity and improvement mindset Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT). Strong communication and documentation skills. High attention to detail with a focus on data quality. Preferred: HubSpot Certifications (Admin, Marketing Hub, CMS, or similar). Experience supporting marketing website infrastructure or SEO optimization. Experience with ERP or financial system integrations. Technical aptitude with HTML/CSS or API testing tools.
