Job Description

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a CRM Technology Lead to own our tech stack (systems, tools, integrations) that powers our best-in-class CRM engine. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our CRM operations, improve customer engagement, and unlock new levels of efficiency and personalisation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology — a strategic thinker who can deeply understand our tech stack, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure our CRM platform is scalable, integrated, and ready for our future growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of proven track record with CRM or MarTech platforms integrations (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Snowflake, Stripo, MovableInk etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to define and deliver technical roadmaps in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.
  • Deep understanding of data flows, APIs, events, and integrations, even if you’re not the one writing the code
  • Experience managing projects that require coordination across marketing, engineering, data, and product
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Great communication skills – you can explain tech trade-offs to non-tech folks and vice versa
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, CRM coding languages (CSS, HTML, MJML, Liquid) and SQL
