The Imperial Group has gone from 1 to 30+ staff in just 18 months — and we’re just getting started. As one of the UK’s fastest-growing B2B consultancies across energy, Water, and more, we’re now in need of someone who can turn our “basic system and bolt-ons” into a proper CRM and pipeline system.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a self-motivated, versatile individual who understands CRM development, software workflows, and Excel automation. This is not a job for a seasoned corporate dev — it’s for someone hungry, hands-on, and ready to help build a smarter backend that fuels real sales growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rebuild or improve our existing CRM to actually support brokers and lead gen
• Map out and streamline sales pipelines, lead stages, tasks, and reminders
• Create performance dashboards and automation to reduce manual work
• Work with Excel/Google Sheets to create live data views, deal trackers, and commission models
• Help us scale our systems as the team grows
