As a CMT, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Full Time NIghts 10p-6a $20.50-21.75/HR 40-hour CRMA active license required. Responsibilities Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD). Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD. Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR. Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds. Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect. Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Requirements Must have state Medication Technician License and demonstrate competency in accordance with the state-approved protocol in drug administration Successfully complete medication technician competency review (as supervised by RN / RCD) quarterly CPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire The Medication Technician must complete a state approved training course in drug administration and receive a certificate of satisfactory successful completion. Responsibilities
