Description We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at our Caribou home. This position requires dual certification as either a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Position Details: Hours: 24 hours per week Schedule: 1 Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM 1 Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Key Responsibilities: Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately Maintain accurate documentation and medication records Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care Qualifications: Active 40-hour CRMA certification required Must also hold a current PSS or CNA certification Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety Ability to work both day and overnight shifts as scheduled Excellent communication and teamwork skills What We Offer: Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Access to TAPCHECK – get paid as you earn Meaningful work where you make a difference every day If you are a reliable, compassionate caregiver looking for a flexible part-time schedule, we encourage you to apply today!
