Committed to work/life balance Robust professional development, mentoring, and wellness resources Practice Environment: Location: St. Joseph's Medical Center - Stockton, CA Facility: 8-room main OR, cath lab, endoscopy. 355-bed hospital with 14,300 annual cases covering a wide range of specialties: general, colorectal, ortho, spine, thoracic, cardiac, vascular, OB/GYN, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and more. Schedule: Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including call options. Post-call days off for in-house shifts. Scope of Practice: Full autonomy for CRNAs, including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. The Anesthesiology department is diverse, consisting of 14 physicians, over 30 independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 Residents (8-10 daily on site) providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily to include acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, a hospital ambulatory surgery center, and a new venture with a local orthopedics surgery center. The annual anesthesia case volume is approx. 14,300 cases, consisting of ~ 9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology.
