Job Posting Title: CRNA (PRN) Location: Frisco - Ambulatory Surgical Center Additional Posting Details: PRN, as needed Monday through Friday 6 am- 6 pm Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia and analgesia care for scheduled (non-emergent) pediatric orthopedic procedures and imaging at the discretion of and under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologist Evaluate patients preoperatively and, in consultation with the attending anesthesiologist, formulate and carry out a full anesthesia care plan Safely transport patients to and from an anesthetizing location and ensure appropriate care during the postoperative period Be an effective team member and interact with staff and patients in a way that shows respect and consideration for the individual and those around you Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Minimum 2 years of experience Comfortable practicing independently as well as a shared resource for attending anesthesiologists Regional anesthesia experience preferred but not necessary ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NBCRNA certification Current CRNA License At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
