Description Job Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and analytical CRO Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing website performance for over 30 serperate brands, improving user engagement, and increasing conversion rates through data analysis, experimentation, and performance tracking. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, user behavior, and digital experience optimization. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe, etc.) to uncover trends and insights about user behavior and conversion pathways. A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to measure the effectiveness of proposed changes to digital experiences. Performance Monitoring: Set up and monitor KPIs to evaluate the performance of optimization efforts across websites and digital campaigns. Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance user experience and drive measurable improvements in conversion rates. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to plan, implement, and scale CRO initiatives. User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify friction points in the customer journey and suggest improvements. Tool Utilization: Leverage CRO and analytics tools (such as Google optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Crazy Egg, etc.) to test hypotheses and measure impact. Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for stakeholders at various levels. Industry Awareness: Stay current on best practices, emerging tools, and trends in CRO, UX, and digital analytics to bring innovative ideas to the team. Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in CRO, web analytics, digital marketing, or a related role. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics). Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO). Strong skills in data analysis and visualization using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Familiarity with user behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg, FullStory). Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact conversion. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. HTML/CSS or JavaScript knowledge is a plus (not required but beneficial).
