Description

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Marketing team. As a CRO & Website Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our marketing website to drive conversions, enhance user experience, and improve performance across markets. Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

Responsibilities

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

As CRO & Website Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind the performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement of our marketing website. This is a hands-on role where you’ll blend technical development with conversion optimization — building new components, running experiments, and improving key metrics like conversion rate, site speed, and user engagement.
You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the marketing team to turn data into action — and make our website a key growth engine across all regions. If you thrive at the intersection of code, UX, and performance data, this role gives you the autonomy, tools, and impact to do your best work. We are looking for a full-time employee.

SOME OF YOUR KEY TASKS

  • Take full technical ownership of our marketing website — built with Hugo, hosted on Netlify, and managed via CloudCannon CMS — ensuring smooth deployments from staging to production.
  • Drive continuous conversion rate improvement across the site by planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on high-impact pages.
  • Own key website KPIs, monitoring and improving site performance, scalability, and accessibility across devices, with a focus on Core Web Vitals and UX best practices.
  • Analyze behavior and performance data using GA4, Hotjar, and Lighthouse to identify friction points and opportunities.
  • Stay on top of website design and functionality trends to ensure our site remains best-in-class for lead generation and user experience.
