SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • Proven experience improving conversion rates for digital offers, ecommerce, lead gen, or info products.
  • Able to clearly communicate test results and performance trends to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn marketing environment.
  • A sharp eye for design, user experience, and persuasive visual hierarchy is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of buyer psychology, direct response copywriting, and user behavior analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Landing Page Builders: Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Instapage, WordPress.
  • Automation Tools: Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel.
  • CRM & ESPs: Hubspot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, GoHighLevel, and Klavyio
  • Analytics Tools: GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets.

  • Our office is in Laguna Beach, CA. While candidates within a nearby radius are highly desired, we are open to remote applicants with the right experience.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the CRO Funnel Strategist, you’ll lead the strategic and tactical optimization of marketing funnels, landing pages, and offers — using a mix of behavioral insight, direct response thinking, and conversion-focused experimentation.
You’ll be the go-to expert for building and refining high-performing landing pages, crafting compelling offers, and eliminating friction across the buyer journey. Working within the marketing team and closely with design, copy, and media buying, you’ll own performance improvements across every stage of the funnel — from first touch to final conversion.
This role is a blend of conversion psychology, funnel architecture, offer testing, and hands-on execution using tools like Unbounce, WordPress, ClickFunnels, and Everflow. You should have strong instincts for persuasive messaging, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a relentless curiosity for testing what works.
