Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or relevant experience; MBA preferred;
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within a high-value, B2B environment and demonstrated success in growing revenue; experience selling within the warehousing industry preferred;
  • Extensive knowledge of warehousing operations or WMS systems; high technical or engineering aptitude preferred;
  • Strong social skills and excellent communication skills with an ability to adjust approaches based on the audience;
  • Fluent in English; working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred;

Responsibilities
  • Research target accounts to identify sales and business development opportunities;
  • Craft and conduct personalized outreach to initiate communication with key stakeholders within target accounts and deliver valuable content across multiple channels to nurture sales and business development opportunities;
  • Lead sales and business development meetings from discovery calls and solution presentation to contract negotiations and signing;
  • Lead local team through effective collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders, such as technical sales engineers and deployment engineers, to unify understanding and deliver high-quality projects from data collection and on-site surveys to project deployment and go-live;
  • Manage, track, and deliver regular reports on pipeline status and performance to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Work with external partners to identify and execute joint sales and marketing strategies to drive channel growth;
  • Work with partners and internal teams to set partnership goals and objectives and perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and adjust forecasts;
  • Own team revenue targets and ensure wider sales goals are met within agreed-upon time constraints;
