Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience (at least 3 years) in e-commerce, ideally with Shopify, and possess in-depth knowledge of conversion optimization and UX improvement
  • You are highly analytical, have a strong affinity for numbers, and a deep understanding of sales psychology in e-commerce. You are also familiar with the target audience of ESN and know how to address them effectively
  • You have extensive knowledge of web analytics tools and A/B testing methods
  • Your project management experience and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams set you apart
  • You are fluent in German and English at a professional level

Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement targeted online strategies to enhance sales performance throughout the customer journey and optimize shop conversion rates on Shopify
  • You will conduct A/B tests to improve our website’s landing pages, product pages, and other key areas. Based on the results, you will derive data-driven measures to optimize conversions and increase revenue
  • You will fully own e-commerce projects—from conceptualization to implementation—collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
  • You will prepare regular performance reports and derive actionable recommendations to continuously improve our shop KPI
  • Through competitive analysis, you will identify best practices and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our e-commerce strategy
