About the Role As CRO Manager, you hold full operational ownership of the onsite customer experience across Rapunzel’s e-commerce platform in all global markets. This is a highly commercial and hands-on role, with direct responsibility for how the site performs in terms of conversion, revenue and user engagement. You are responsible for planning, publishing and optimising onsite content and campaigns, while continuously improving the customer journey to ensure it is commercially effective, logically structured and intuitive. The role requires strong execution capability, commercial judgement and the ability to drive high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, global DTC environment. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise the end-to-end onsite customer journey, from campaign activation to checkout performance Plan, publish and activate onsite campaigns and content, including homepage takeovers, landing pages and campaign pages Define, brief and quality-assure onsite content requirements needed to support campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives Act as the operational owner and primary requester towards content, UX, design and tech teams Ensure that all onsite content and campaigns are executed accurately, on time and according to commercial priorities Identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities across homepage, category pages, product pages and checkout Drive CRO initiatives from insight to hands-on execution Plan, execute and analyse onsite A/B tests and optimisation initiatives Analyse onsite behavioural and commercial data to identify friction points and growth opportunities Manage multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining speed, structure and quality in delivery Education Academic degree in Economics or Marketing Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in CRO optimisation, preferably within e-commerce or DTC environments Proven experience working hands-on with onsite optimisation, conversion improvement and experimentation Experience owning and executing commercial initiatives on an e-commerce platform Strong experience working cross-functionally with content, UX, design and technical teams Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of conversion optimisation principles and onsite user behaviour Solid knowledge of UX fundamentals and digital customer journeys Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as GA4, Hotjar or similar Experience running structured A/B testing and experimentation Understanding of commercial e-commerce KPIs and revenue drivers Fluent in English and Swedish Personal Attributes Highly commercial and strongly execution-focused Comfortable working hands-on in e-commerce platforms Confident acting as a cross-functional requester and quality assurer Structured, analytical and accountable for results Thrives in fast-paced environments with global scope Energised by ownership, delivery and measurable impact Working at Rapunzel of Sweden Rapunzel of Sweden is a value-driven organisation where ambition is balanced with care.
