ABOUT THE ROLE

WinTech is seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Own end-to-end A/B testing process from ideation to implementation.
• Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights to maximize KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing, design teams and data analyst.
• Implement and monitor test variations with attention to detail.
• Maintain pixel-perfect design standards in all optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date on CRO trends and implement innovative techniques.
