Company Description We are looking for a A/B Testing & CRO Specialist (d/f/m) for our topic portals team in the tech division at the Freiburg location as soon as possible. Job Description Set up and maintain testing frameworks, including smoke testing and conversion rate optimization (CVR) Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs, including statistical analysis of test results Translate product requirements into measurable KPIs and actionable insights Analyze and optimize user behavior and conversion drivers across UX, messaging, and decision-making Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to identify high-impact improvements Create dashboards and reports, and document and communicate results to stakeholders Develop and own the experimentation roadmap across the customer journey, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive a data-driven culture Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, marketing, statistics, or a comparable field with a strong focus on data and user behavior Several years of relevant professional experience in CRO, web analytics, or growth hacking Strong statistical expertise Advanced knowledge of web analytics and CRO tooling Strong understanding of conversion drivers across UX, messaging, and decision-making Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to have: Experience in a B2B context and SEO & GEO Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1) Additional Information At Haufe Group, we create pioneering working conditions in which each of us can optimally contribute and develop.
