ABOUT THE ROLE

WinTech is seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimize Conversion Funnels: Analyze user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement.
  • Lead Data-Driven Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights that maximize KPIs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, design, and data analytics teams to develop and implement effective optimization strategies.
